He mainly uses it to play a preschool game that uses both touch and dragging motions, and rarely to watch videos. He also loves to cuddle with it and for that part it works perfect! The quality is great, it's not cheap or flimsy in any way and has stood up to a good three weeks of "love" from my 3rd old and his 1yr old sister - part of which was a tug-o-war over whose turn it was to cuddle with it. The size and shape works well for him to position it comfortably for playing the games and video viewing. The only problem we've had is with the plastic protection screen "bubbling" up in the corners while he's trying to play the drag and drop parts of his games. It was a big problem and frustrated both of us until I took an exacto knife and cut out a section for the screen to be accessed directly. Not... My only 2 issues: when he holds it to play with it, it's awkward to work with the screen while holding it in his hands due to the size of the item. Also, the compartment that holds the iphone is a bit loose and too roomy to hold the iphone snugly so this leads to reduced sensitivity on the screen. I wish the clear plastic would fit snugly over the screen so there isn't all that space between the plastic and the phone's screen. My son kept taking the iphone out of the woogie 2 so it seems like a waste. I hope the next edition of the woogie makes some improvement! Also, woogie 2 could make it a bit harder for the toddler to remove the iphone (velcro closes it in so very easy for the child to open and remove). |
