This review is from: ASUS B23E-XH71 12.1-Inch Laptop (Black) (Personal Computers) As a full time business user, I bought this notebook for its portability and option to convert to desktop-type of usage via the docking support (Per Asus, called Power Station II) so that I can hook up multiple monitors, label maker, printer, etc. Well, guess what? Asus discontinued the Power Station II so I can't get it at all. I've spent several hours finding out where, why, how, etc., only to learn that Asus will probably no longer manufacture it so no reseller has it. Of course, no one at all the support phone numbers at Asus could give me a definitive answer because nobody knew for sure. I could not believe it because this model just came out in Jan 2012, I received it in Feb. 2012, and today, when I finally decided that I like the notebook (after testing it), I can't get the Power Station. Most importantly, however, it dosen't look like I stole it from the eighties like alot of Gigabyte motherboards. It looks sexy in my case and it has a attractive bios with mouse support along with a crapload of features. In summary; I am in love with this board. Also: It has a port on the board for USB 3.0 so I dont have to run the cable out the back of my computer. Just, awesome. Pros: Easy i5 2500k overclock to 4.6 (literally 2 settings in the BIOS). This overclock allows the processor to drop to 1.6 Ghz when at idle/non-demanding tasks and then throttle up to 4.6 under load. Great entry level board, Intel Gigabit LAN, Realtek audio drivers on the Supreme Xi Fi chip, easy overclocking (CPU and RAM), on-board display allows for easy troubleshooting, beautiful design, price should be dropping soon with the launch of the Maximus V. Cons: Spacing between the PCI-e (x16/8) slots is somewhat crowded. If you are running water cooling for GPU's or have great airflow in your case this shouldn't be of concern. Bottom line: This is a fantastic board that I purchased after weeks of researching.
